I was raised a farm girl, and my love of photography blossomed early with my Kodak Fisher-Price 110 camera. Today, my camera equipment has advanced a bit. And so has my love of creating beautiful images — capturing special moments in people’s lives, promoting the agricultural way of life, and loving some glitz and glamour from time to time, too.
My husband and I love the crazy life we live in the country with our two growing boys and our little lady. On any given day, you’ll find me hauling the kids to basketball practices and student council meetings, or helping to wash our Hereford cattle. It’s guaranteed that the noise and chaos will abound. But, oh, what special memories are being made.
I also find myself in the “sandwich” generation — being the primary decision maker for my dad who recently passed, and for his nearly 93-year-old mom, my dear grandma.
I’ll share about faith and strength and leaning on God to get us through this crazy life. So grab a cup of coffee and let’s visit. It’s time to get behind the lens.
